JCB Construction Canada is proud to announce that it has won an award at the prestigious 2025 Mercuriades, in the Entrepreneurship category. This victory reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation, quality, and sustainability within Canada’s construction industry.
Organized by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ), the Mercuriades are Quebec’s most prestigious business awards, celebrating the outstanding achievements of Quebec and Canadian businesses. JCB Construction Canada's win in this category highlights its remarkable accomplishments and its pivotal role in transforming the construction sector. The award also underscores the company’s ongoing evolution and reaffirms its position as a leader in the Canadian construction industry.
“Following our strategic repositioning in 2022, we undertook a complete restructuring of the company based on best practices and market strategies. We launched an ambitious growth and succession plan and are pulling out all the stops to make it a success. Our ambitions are high, but we have the right team to achieve them,” says Alexandre-Stéphane Boucher, President and CEO of JCB Construction Canada.
“JCB is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. It’s a milestone moment for our company, so receiving a Mercure award is a meaningful recognition from the business community for the incredible evolution of our team and the efforts made by every member,” adds Pascal Fortin, Vice President, Field Operations.
Denis Massey, Vice President, Finance, concludes: “Being an entrepreneur in the construction industry in Quebec means navigating an incredibly competitive and demanding environment—especially when you choose to do things differently.
