Brossard, January 20, 2022 - JCB Construction Canada is moving its Ontario office to 399 Four Valley Drive in Concord. More accessible and spacious, the new space will better meet the growing needs of its team and clients. With 2022 just around the corner, two major clients, AIM and BMO, have already awarded new mandates to JCB’s expanded team.

In operation since the spring of 2019, the Ontario branch will be able to continue its growth while solidifying JCB’s vision of being a national leader. With its agile, versatile and flexible business model, the company has been serving clients across the country for decades. Active for almost twenty years in Ontario, predominantly in the Greater Toronto Area, JCB has completed a large number of projects for such major clients as ALRE Properties, Yellow Pages Group, Trader Corporation, Mark’s/L’Équipeur and BMO Bank of Montreal.

JCB’s objective: serve even better and drive growth

JCB’s in-depth expertise and capacity for mobilizing its resources to carry out and manage all types of projects from coast to coast is sought after by a broad variety of Canada-wide private clients, from real estate developers and national retailers to major institutions and corporations. As demand is strongly concentrated in the Greater Toronto Area, the company chose a prime, central, and easily accessible location to relocate its office.

With a team of professionals trained in its industry-leading standards, JCB will be able to serve its Ontario clients more effectively while continuing to expand its market presence.
