Previously serving as Project Director at our Toronto office, Mr. Sharifpoor will now take on the role of Regional Director as part of the company’s strategic growth in Ontario.

Mr. Sharifpoor holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. He joined JCB in 2019 as a Project Manager and, over the years, has played a key role in the development of the Toronto office, successfully leading several major projects across Ontario.

Recognized for his strong leadership, remarkable adaptability, and proactive approach, Mr. Sharifpoor stands out for his ability to mobilize teams and build strong relationships with clients and partners. His collaborative approach enables him to understand the specific needs of each project and contribute to the delivery of infrastructure that meets clients’ objectives.

In his new role, Mr. Sharifpoor will be responsible for continuing to develop JCB’s operations in Ontario, driving the continuous improvement of the Toronto team’s performance, and strengthening collaboration among teams, clients, and partners. He will also help uphold the high standards of quality that define JCB while supporting the company’s continued growth in the Ontario market.
