JCB Construction Canada is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Alexandre S. Boucher, has been named a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025.

Indeed, EY Canada has revealed the regional finalists for the 2025 edition of its Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, and we are immensely proud to share that our President-General Manager is among the selected leaders representing the Eastern region.

This prestigious program, which has celebrated the boldness and impact of Canadian entrepreneurs for several decades, is once again recognizing over 130 finalists across the country. Mr. Boucher stood out for his inspiring leadership, his resolutely innovation-driven entrepreneurial spirit, and his tangible commitment to the community.

Selected by an independent jury made up of prominent business leaders, Mr. Boucher perfectly embodies the mission of the program: to shine a spotlight on those actively shaping the economy of tomorrow.

“This year’s finalists are not only business leaders – they are visionaries transforming their industries and the communities they serve,” said Rachel Rodrigues, National Program Director for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.

“I am honored to be among such an exceptional group of finalists, each a titan in their field,” said Mr. Boucher. “This program is an incredible opportunity to showcase Quebec and Canadian entrepreneurship on the global stage, and I’m extremely proud to be part of it.”

Under Mr. Boucher’s leadership, JCB Construction Canada has emerged as an innovative, high-performing, and socially engaged company in the construction sector. With a clear strategic vision, a strong corporate culture, and a relentless commitment to excellence, JCB has distinguished itself through operational performance, innovation capacity, and a significant impact on both the local and national economy.

What’s next? In October, EY will announce the regional winners, and one of them will be named the 2025 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year at the national celebration in November. That winner will go on to represent Canada at the global competition in Monaco.
