At the 41st edition of the Gala Excellence de la Rive-Sud, Alexandre-Stéphane Boucher, President-General Manager of JCB Construction Canada, was awarded the “Inspiring Young Leader” prize by the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS), one of the most influential business associations in Quebec.

This prestigious award highlights the visionary, unifying, and deeply human leadership of an individual who is transforming their organization while making a positive impact on their industry. Sponsored by Louis-Alexandre Lehoux, Audit Partner at KPMG, the recognition awarded to Mr. Boucher reflects his ability to innovate, rally his teams, and lead his company toward excellence.

More than anything, it is a recognition of the sustained work our entire JCB team carries out every day with rigour, boldness, and commitment,” said Alexandre-Stéphane Boucher, President and CEO of JCB Construction Canada.

In addition to receiving a Mercure and a Prix Construire last month, this new honour joins the list of recent recognitions awarded to Mr. Boucher, who was named ÉTS Leadership Ambassador 2024 and is a finalist for the 2025 Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec Awards in the Honoris Genius Entrepreneurship category.
