Construction of an innovative multi-residential rental project led by the Fonds de solidarité FTQ and the FTQ Real Estate Fund. Located in Terrebonne, it includes 164 units across 12 storeys in a rapidly growing area. In the long term, the project could exceed 400 units across two mass timber buildings of 12 and 18 storeys—an industry first in Quebec. Focused on environmental performance, the project aims for Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) – Design certification and is part of a scalable, sustainable construction approach. It also stands out for the integration of the Quebec-developed Upbrella technology, a North American first for a high-rise mass timber residential building.
