Construction of a new community and sports center for the Sun Youth organization. The center provides dedicated spaces for sports, arts, and a range of community services, including a grocery-style food bank, meeting areas, a study and tutoring room, a clothing dispensary, a community kitchen, and a cafeteria. With a strong focus on sustainability, the project targets carbon neutrality and features a mass timber structure. Developed using a BIM approach, in close collaboration with all stakeholders, the project won the 2026 Construire Award – Sustainable Development, presented by the Association de la construction du Québec.
