Ongoing Project
Construction of 3 new buildings for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) including a Garage/Administration Building, Vehicle Maintenance Garage, and Sand/Salt Storage with an Auxiliary Garage. Together, these facilities total approximately 21,400 sq. ft. and include office space, showers and washrooms, a kitchen with mezzanine, and a two-bay garage. The site is equipped with a backup generator, fire tank, and propane tank system, ensuring operational resilience, safety, and continuity of services.
