Construction and fit-out of a new restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown hotel destination. A small, Mexican-inspired neighborhood restaurant, Pancho Bar seats 40 people in a total area of 1,110 square feet. In addition to its distinctive terrazzo countertops, the restaurant was designed around its highly equipped central kitchen by designers Atelier Zébulon Perron.
