Ongoing project
Construction and development project of 9,000 square feet for the Durham Region Transit Operations Centre. This project aims to create functional and efficient workspaces within a large-scale transportation complex. Featuring a hybrid mass timber structure, the facility will include offices, training rooms, as well as multiple meeting, collaboration, and relaxation areas, including a fully equipped gym and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. The design emphasizes clear spatial organization, optimized use of space, and a high-quality professional environment, in line with operational requirements and the site’s public service mission.
