Development of new premises for Regus, providers of collaborative workspaces and part of the International Workplace Group, in Old Montreal and Gatineau. Our mandate was to fit out open-plan workspaces, closed offices, conference rooms and a café area, for a total surface area of approximately 75,500 sq. ft.
