What's it like to work with us?
As a project coordinator, you will have to:
- Act as support to the project manager and estimator.
- Handle document management.
- Draft documentation related to project deficiencies.
- Coordinate planned work with the client.
- Attend site meetings and draft meetings minutes when necessary.
- Monitor project schedules and make necessary updates.
- Take photographs of the progress of construction sites.
- Manage shop drawings and project samples.
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans.
- Assisting tender site visit.
- Assisting tender closing.

To work with us, you need
- College diploma in architecture, civil engineering or related field
- Two years experience as a project coordinator in the commercial, industrial or institutional building sector
- Good command of the Office Suite and office automation tools
