Major renovation work on two Allied Properties REIT buildings, including the installation of a suspended walkway linking the two buildings, upgrades to the electrical and sprinkler systems, installation of generators and diesel tanks, interior refurbishment of common areas and several commercial spaces. In all, more than 1,250,000 square feet of space were renovated.
