Pancho Bar Montréal

Construction of a new restaurant within the new Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown hotel. As a small neighbourhood restaurant, the Mexican-inspired Pancho Bar seats 40 people. In addition to its distinctive terrazzo countertops, the restaurant was designed around its highly equipped central kitchen.
